Is holding an online contest that is free of charge and without obligation to purchase, from April 09, 2017 until April 28, 2017.

Providers of goods or services referred to herein, constitute suppliers of the contest organizer and are not involved in any capacity whatsoever in the organization of this contest.

 

ARTICLE 2: CONTEST ENTRY

 

The contest can be accessed over the Internet at the following URL:

https://bonjourparis.fcld.me/.

The rules to participate are described in Article 4. The contest is open to people residing in the United Arab Emirates, ages nineteen (19) and over, who hold valid passport and Schengen visa to enter France on April 29, 2017.

Directors, officers and employees of AIR FRANCE KLM are not eligible to participate.

Participation in the contest supposes unreserved acceptance of the present rules and all their

provisions, as well as of all laws and regulations applicable to free contests. Failure to abide by the conditions set forth in these rules will result in the automatic disqualification of the entrant.

Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of this contest may result in the immediate elimination of the person involved.

Participants agree that Air France can use their names, images and/or pictures for

promotional or advertising purposes.

By participating in this contest, participants agree that all personal information submitted can be

collected and used. Nevertheless, these are only gathered for the purposes of the administration of the present contest and will serve at no other end without the consent of the participants.

Air France reserves the right to contact passengers to validate their participation to the contest. With their participation, contestants opt-in to receive e-newsletters and promotional updates from Air France.

 

ARTICLE 3: INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONTEST
 

The contest will be announced in the e-newsletters of Air France – United Arab Emirates.

It may also be announced in other ways such as (but not limited to) press release, radio spots, via partners and social media networks (Facebook, etc...).

ARTICLE 4: PARTICIPATION RULES

 

In order to enter the contest, contestants must:

1) Go on the website https://bonjourparis.fcld.me/

2) Complete the online form before April 28, 2017.

3) Have a valid passport to enter France on April 29, 2017.

4) Have a valid Schengen visa to enter France on April 29, 2017.

5) Have a travel companion.

6) Validate acceptance of terms and conditions of the contest.

7) Confirm their attendance at the event by replying to the email invitation.

8) Show up, with your traveling partner, on April 28, 2017 at Sofitel Dubai Downtown, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Only participants, who will be present together with their travel companions at the event check-in desks on April 28, 2017, that have completed the online form before April 28, 2017 and RSVPed to the email invitation, will be eligible to enter the prize draw. The winners will be announced on April 28, 2017 over the course of the evening.

Note that if you have not received an email invitation or failed to reply to Air France’s email invitation, you may not join the event on April 28, 2017.

During their participation, people who completed the online form and are present with their travel companion at Sofitel Dubai Downtown on April 28, 2017 will be allocated a number to enter the raffle draw to win the prizes described in Article 6.

The number of participants (including travel companions) is limited to a maximum of 400.

 

ARTICLE 5: ENTRIES ALLOWED

 

- One (1) participation per person is permitted.

- If a participant registers using different email addresses, only one (1) participation will be used.

- If a participant registers using different companions, only one (1) participation will be accepted.

- A companion can register to the contest and choose the person of their choice to accompany

them.

- Any attempt at fraud on the part of a participant shall disqualify all entries submitted from that

household.

In general, any attempt at disruption of the normal process of the operation will result in the

disqualification of the participant.

 

ARTICLE 6: PRIZE DETAILS

 

A. PRIZES AWARDED

The following prizes will be awarded at the end of the contest, according to article 7 of the

present rules and regulations.

3 lots including:

·Two (2) Air France round-trip tickets in Economy cabin to Paris departing from

Dubai International Airport on April 29, 2017 with a return from Paris Charles de Gaulle to Dubai on May 01, 2017.

·Two (2) night-stay in a double room at Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg, 15 Rue Boissy d'Anglas, 75008 Paris, France. Check-In: April 29, 2017. Check-Out: May 01, 2017. Dates cannot be

modified.

·Transportation from the Sofitel Dubai Downtown to Dubai International Airport on April 28, 2017.

B. GENERALITIES

Under no circumstances may a prize be refunded or exchanged for its value in money or for any

other product or service, nor can it be transferred to a third party. However, in cases of force

majeure or if warranted by circumstances, Air France reserve the right at any time to substitute

another prize of equivalent value (as determined by them) for the announced prizes (including

modifying travel dates)

No challenge or claim of any kind shall be accepted with regard to the prizes. Winners agree to

waive any claim of liability against Air France, Air France’s partners and Air France’s suppliers in general with respect to the prizes, their delivery, condition and quality.

For the lots of “Two (2) round-trip tickets with Air France to Paris”, the winners and the companions registered to the contest must travel together during both flights, outbound and return. The travel companion must be chosen at the time of the online participation.

The expenses incurred during the trip for food and activities as well as any other expenses related to travel are the responsibility of the participant and the person traveling with him/her.

Air France, Air France’s partners and Air France’s suppliers are not responsible for any time missed (work, school or other) by the participant and companion to be present at the event or on this trip. Any additional expenses incurred on April 28, 2017 cannot be claimed.

Winners are expected to share pictures or videos of their trip to Paris with Air France. Such items will be free of rights and can be used by Air France for promotional or advertising purposes.

 

ARTICLE 7: NOMINATION OF THE WINNERS

 

The winners will be announced on April 28, 2017 at Sofitel Dubai Downtown.

The prizes listed in Article 6 will be randomly awarded, thus the potential winners will be

randomly selected.

 

ARTICLE 8: ATTRIBUTION OF THE GRAND PRIZE

 

To claim the prizes, the winners, and their respective travel companions, will be required to be present and checked-in at Sofitel Dubai Downtown. They will need to have all their travel items with them including valid passport, Schengen visa and cabin luggage. It is mandatory for participants and their travel companions to be present during the draw to claim

their prize. Air France will announce the name of the winner on the Air France Facebook page after the trip. It may also be announced in other ways such as (but not limited to) press release, websites and social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc...)

 

ARTICLE 9: LIABILITY

 

Air France cannot be held liable in the event of a dysfunction of the Internet network, preventing

access to the contest or its smooth running. In particular, Air France cannot be held liable for any third party acts of Internet abuse.

While Air France shall do all in their power to provide users with information and/or tools that are

accessible and verified, they shall not be held liable for any errors (particularly in display on the

contest’s website), or for the absence of availability of information and/or the presence of a virus on the website.

Participation in the contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, the absence of protection of certain data provided against possible misuse or piracy, and the risks of contamination by viruses circulating on the Internet.

Participants must take appropriate measures to protect their personal data and/or software on their computer or telephone equipment from any kind of attack. All persons connecting to the website and participating in the contest shall do so at their own risk.

Furthermore, Air France shall not be responsible or liable in the event of:

·Internet access problems;

·Hardware or software problems;

·Deletion or loss of data provided by participants for reasons not attributable to Air France;

·Human errors or errors due to electrical malfunction;

·Disturbances that might affect the smooth running of the contest or dysfunctions in the automated draw process.

Air France shall not be held liable for the consequences of any delay in email for which it is not

responsible. Any claims must be sent by the recipient directly to the appropriate Internet service

provider (ISP).

In any case, if the smooth running of the contest in administrative and/or technical terms is

disrupted for any reason beyond the control of Air France, the Company reserves the right to

suspend the contest.

Any fraud or breach of the present rules shall result in the disqualification of the entrant; Air France reserves the right, if warranted, to initiate proceedings against the defaulting party.

Air France shall not be held liable for any physical incapacity, whether legal, physical or mental,

preventing the winners from boarding their flight or entering a foreign country, including in the case of irregularity in their travel documents (missing or expired passport or visa, etc.).

In the case of the winner already have a paid ticket on Air France to travel that day, the paid ticket would not be refunded because of this contest.

Taxes paid by Air France

1. Tickets are valid for travel from April 29, 2017 until May 01, 2017. These tickets can be

used for a departure from Dubai to Paris on Air France flight AF655 on April 29, 2017 and return

on AF662 on May 01, 2017.

2. Online form must have the names of the passengers as they appear on their passports. Both

passengers must travel together at all times.

3. Air France reserves the right to alter flight dates by a few days, after consulting with the ticket

recipient, in the event of an unforeseen situation or a lack of seats. The tickets will be issued in

electronic form.

4. These tickets are for personal use and must be used simultaneously by both the winner and their traveling companion. Reselling these tickets is strictly forbidden.

5. These tickets apply solely to the scheduled itinerary; they can neither be modified nor exchanged for tickets for a different itinerary.

6. These tickets are not valid on other airlines.

7. These tickets do not allow for advance seat selection. Flying Blue miles cannot be earned on this trip.

8. Air France will not be responsible for any failure to board due to circumstances beyond its

control. Passengers shall assume all financial expenses or losses, e.g. hotels, restaurants, taxis, phone calls and lost wages, incurred as a result of said failure to board and shall waive all liability claims.
